TO provide comprehensive services that will provide academic and employment success for adults in transition.
TO provide appropriate services to adults who need specific assistance in order to prepare for educational training or employment.
TO enable clients to function independently and successfully within an academic or employment environment.
OUR APPROACH
WE use methods that have a demonstrated record of improving academic and employment performance.
WE believe in using an individualized educational program that takes into account implications for counselling, psychological issues, and the role of education as part of a therapeutic, vocational rehabilitation process.
WE believe in teaching learning strategies, training in social and employment skill techniques and providing on-going support of student application of these skills to education or employment pursuits.
OUR RESULTS
OUR multi-faceted method is highly effective. One study of our students show an 85% successful employment record within 3 months of program graduation.
Another evaluation of our students showed an average increase of 3 grade levels in math, language and reading, within a 17-week instructional time frame.
